Jason Spangler Certified Professional Coach

Before becoming a business coach, I started three businesses from scratch and sold them.  My last company had over 20 employees, served a 4-state market area, and had grown its revenue to close to 1 million dollars, experiencing double-digit growth year over year for the last three years before selling that business in June 2022.

My goal as your business coach is to share any life lesson with you in your journey, should it apply to your path.  As a business coach, I aim to partner with you on your journey, not try to mold your way with mine.

Had one major business failure – This one sticks in your heart and mind forever.  Major learning experience in many different ways.  No one likes to admit failures but the are very much a part of our lifetime educational experience and often turn into some of the best learning opportunities.

In six years took a small “hobby” business from zero to supporting our family full time to six years later selling that business.

Grew one business to nearly $1 million dollars in revenue, something only about 5% of small businesses ever do.

Had my own small business with about 18 employees.  Ran 3 largest revenue generating department in a hospital with over 20 employees.

Raised 5 children and married over 34 years – many lessons learned.
